How research peptides are shipped within the United States

Orders ship from the United States to addresses in the United States, so there is no customs step, no duty and no broker between the shelf and your goods-in.

When it leaves

Lines on the shelf leave in 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. Lines marked made to order leave in about two weeks. If an order mixes the two, what is on the shelf ships first and the balance follows on its own packing list at no extra cost, unless you ask for the order to be held together.

Who carries it

UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL. Every consignment is tracked, and the tracking number is on your order page and in the dispatch email. A particular carrier, or your own carrier account, can be used on request.

Packaging

Plain outer carton with nothing naming the contents. Lyophilised peptides travel at ambient temperature, which they tolerate for the length of a domestic transit; cold-chain packing is available if you ask. Solutions travel the same way and go straight into a 2 to 8 degree store on arrival.

What the price includes

Freight, whatever the carton weighs and wherever in the country it goes. There is no freight invoice after the goods invoice.

Arrival

Check the carton and the vials the day they arrive. A shortage, damage or a wrong item is reported within five business days with photographs of the carton and the vials, and the freight claim is filed by us. Keep the packaging until it is settled.
