Trade accounts

Prices are public. An account is what turns a price into an order, and it takes a few minutes.

Who qualifies

Businesses buying to resell or to use professionally: distributors, clinics and compounding pharmacies, research laboratories and universities. Not registered as a company yet? Open the account in your own name.

What we ask for

A business or personal name, a contact, an email, a phone number that reaches you, the country you operate in, your business type and a rough monthly volume. That is the whole application. Later, and only if it applies: a resale or tax-exemption certificate, a licence number where your category needs one, or a confirmation of end use, which for these goods is laboratory research only. Whatever the desk asks for is read by the desk and by nobody else.

Prices

Per sealed box of ten vials, in US dollars, DAP, delivered in the United States, freight included. Beside each box price is the price per vial, so resale can be worked out from the list directly. Prices can move; the proforma issued for your order fixes yours, and a quote from the desk holds to its date. Consistent volume earns a review for a better tier: ask.

Minimums

$300 of goods per order, and one sealed box as the smallest quantity of any line. A first order can be $100, so a line can be tried before it is stocked. Under that, picking and delivery cost more than the order.

Paying

New accounts prepay, in Bitcoin, or USDT on Tron or Ethereum, against a proforma invoice, and goods are released when the funds clear. An established account can apply for credit terms from its dashboard; the desk looks at history, regularity and the size of the line asked for, and terms are granted to the account, not to a single order.

Dispatch

In-stock lines leave in 1 to 2 business days after payment clears; made-to-order lines in about two weeks; the list says which is which. Tracked, plainly packed, freight included. Details on the delivery page.

What comes with it

A packing list carrying the batch number for every line, and the certificate of analysis for each batch, on file and released with the shipment or on request. Any batch number can be verified on the certificate page. Retained samples are kept for twelve months. The full process is on the quality page.

Not on the list

A quantity beyond the price list, a presentation we do not stock, or a private-label run: raise a quote from your account under Quotes and RFQ with the compound, the quantity and the date you need it. It is priced, not listed.
