Freight is in the box price. What the list says is what lands at your door, tracked, with nothing to add afterwards.

What it costs

Nothing beyond the price list. A box costs the same delivered whether it goes across the city or across the country, and there is no freight invoice after the goods one. Prefer a particular carrier, or want it on your own carrier account? Say so when you order.

Packaging and the cold chain

The outer carton carries no description of the contents. Lyophilised peptides tolerate a short spell at ambient temperature, so they travel without ice as standard; cold-chain shipping is available if you ask. On arrival, lyophilised stock goes back to minus 20 degrees Celsius; the solution lines go to 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and are never frozen.

When a line runs short

We ship what is on the shelf and the balance follows at no extra cost, each consignment with its own packing list. If you would rather wait and receive everything at once, tell the desk when you order.

Customs

Orders ship domestically, so no import duty or brokerage arises on the way to you. Where a commercial invoice is needed it declares the goods as research chemicals at their true value and contents. We do not under-declare, and we do not alter descriptions on request.

If something is wrong

A shortage, damage in transit or a wrong item: report it within five business days of delivery with photographs of the carton and the vials, and keep the packaging until it is settled. We file the freight claim. Sealed boxes are not accepted back once they have left our custody. A batch you believe is out of specification is handled under quality instead.
