Two things from the same gene read very differently in the vial. IGF-1 LR3 is a single-chain 83-residue recombinant analogue of the whole hormone, full IGF-1 with an arginine at position 3 and a 13-residue N-terminal extension, and its sheet carries a defined mass of about 9,118. PEG MGF is a PEGylated conjugate of the 24-residue MGF E-peptide, and because the PEG polymer is polydisperse there is no single formula or exact mass to quote: identity comes off the batch certificate rather than a calculated figure. That is the practical difference on paper. Both are held cold and both certificates carry an endotoxin line.

Questions
Which is cheaper per mg, PEG MGF or IGF-1 LR3?
PEG MGF, at $6.23 per mg for its best-priced strength (PMF2) against $20.46 per mg for IGF-1 LR3 (IG1), 70 percent less. Compare at the vial size you will actually use; the gap changes with strength.
Which comes in more strengths?
IGF-1 LR3, with 2 against 1. Every strength is a separate line with its own code, price and stock state.
Can PEG MGF and IGF-1 LR3 go in one order?
Yes. Any lines can share an order; the minimum is $300 of goods per order, or $100 on a first order, and one sealed box of ten per line. Lines on the shelf ship in 1 to 2 business days; made-to-order lines follow in about two weeks, at no extra freight.
Are they tested to the same specification?
Yes: purity not less than 98.0 percent by RP-HPLC, identity by mass, water content, net content within 5 percent of label, and a retest date, with a certificate of analysis per batch. What differs is what each certificate has to look for, which is set by the molecule and described on each compound’s own page.
