Everything listed here is a research chemical for laboratory use in vitro. This page puts the rules the terms of sale and the desk already work to in one place, for a reseller’s or a laboratory’s compliance file.
What the goods are
Every item is a research chemical for laboratory use in vitro. None of it is a medicine, a supplement, a food or a cosmetic, none of it is made under GMP, and none of it is for human or animal consumption. How you describe the goods to your own customers is your responsibility, and so is knowing what your own jurisdiction lets you import, hold and sell (terms, clause 2).
Who can buy
Accounts are held by a business, or by a person trading before registration, for resale or for laboratory research; whoever opens the account is confirming they can commit that business to the terms (clause 1). Orders are delivered to addresses in the United States only. We can decline all or part of an order, and we say why (clause 3).
What is not sold
No medicine, supplement, food or cosmetic, and nothing made under GMP. No syringes, needles or other administration supplies: the only ancillary lines on the list are Vitamin B12 and Bacteriostatic Water.
What is not said
The site does not describe uses, doses or effects, and will not. The desk does not answer questions about the use, dosing or effects of any compound. No testimonial is printed whose source cannot be shown, and there are no reviews or ratings on the site.
Labels and documents
The batch number is on each vial, its carton and the packing list, and every batch has a certificate of analysis, which can be checked against the testing laboratory’s record on the certificate page. Every compound has a specification sheet, linked from its page.
