How a research peptide order is packed, tracked and shipped
Written 23 September 2026, last changed 6 October 2026 by the trade desk. About 4 minutes to read.
Lines on the shelf leave 1 to 2 business days after payment clears, tracked, in a plain carton. To a US address, transit is normally 1 to 3 business days, freight is included from $1,000 of goods (below that the carrier’s rate, or a flat $35.00 where no live quote is available), and there is no customs step, no duty and no broker. To Canada and most other countries, the desk places the order and quotes the freight on the proforma, and the parcel clears customs where it lands.
When it leaves
Lines on the shelf leave in 1 to 2 business days after payment clears; today’s shelf lists them line by line. Lines marked made to order leave in about two weeks. If an order mixes the two, what is on the shelf ships first and the balance follows on its own packing list at no extra cost, unless you ask for the order to be held together.
Who carries it
UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL. Every consignment is tracked, and the tracking number is on your order page and in the dispatch email. A particular carrier, or your own carrier account, can be used on request.
Packaging
Plain outer carton with nothing naming the contents. Lyophilised peptides travel at ambient temperature, which they tolerate for the length of a domestic transit; cold-chain packing is available if you ask. The solution lines, the lipotropic blends, the carnitine line and insulin, travel the same way and go straight into a 2 to 8 degree store on arrival; bacteriostatic water stays at room temperature. How each is kept once it is in is in Storing and handling.
What the price includes
To a US address, freight is included from $1,000 of goods, whatever the carton weighs and wherever in the country it goes. Below that the checkout quotes the carrier's rate for the carton and the address, or a flat $35.00 when no live quote is available, and it sits on the proforma before you pay. There is no freight invoice after the goods invoice. Abroad, the desk quotes the freight on the proforma. The same rules are on the shipping page.
Arrival
A parcel to a US address is at our risk until it is delivered (clause 4 of the terms), so one lost in transit is not yours to carry: tell the desk if tracking stops moving. Check the carton and the vials the day they arrive. A shortage, damage or a wrong item is reported within five business days with photographs of the carton and the vials, and the freight claim is filed by us. Keep the packaging until it is settled. The rule is clause 6 of the terms, and every case, with how to report it, is on claims, refunds and returns.
Shipping to Canada and other countries
Orders ship from stock held in the United States to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and most other countries. Online checkout takes a US delivery address, and the freight rules above are its rules. For delivery anywhere else, open a trade account, then email the desk your basket from the order page, or write from the contact page with the account name, the codes, the quantities and the delivery address: it places the order and quotes the freight on the proforma; the parcel clears customs where it lands, under the rules of that country, which are yours to check before you order. Shipping abroad sets out the steps.
Questions about shipping
How much is shipping on a wholesale peptide order?
To a US address, nothing on orders with $1,000 of goods or more, which is the freight-included threshold; below it the checkout quotes the carrier’s own rate for the carton and the address, or a flat $35.00 where no live quote is available. To Canada or another country, the desk quotes the freight. Either way the figure is on the proforma before you pay, not added afterwards.
How long does delivery take?
Lines on the shelf leave in 1 to 2 business days once payment has cleared, and transit within the United States is normally 1 to 3 business days on top; for an order abroad, the desk gives the transit time when it quotes the freight. Made-to-order lines are made against the order and ship in about two weeks. Every parcel is tracked.
Do peptides need cold shipping?
Not for the transit itself. Sealed lyophilised vials tolerate the brief ambient spell of a domestic transit, which the specification allows, and that is why they ship without a cold chain. The solution lines travel the same way and go into a 2 to 8 degree store on arrival. What the goods need is the right storage once they arrive, which is a different question from what they need in a van. A longer transit abroad can go with cold-chain packing; ask the desk.
How is it packed?
Plainly. Cartons carry no product name and no description of the contents on the outside, and the packing list with the batch numbers is inside. Each vial is labelled with its code, strength and batch number; the shipping label carries none of them.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
Yes, to Canada and most other countries, from stock held in the United States. Online checkout takes a US delivery address; for anywhere else the desk places the order and quotes the freight and the transit time; the parcel clears customs where it lands, under the rules of that country.
