Two acylated peptides of the glucagon family on different backbones. Semaglutide is a 31-residue analogue of human GLP-1 (7-37) with Aib at position 8, arginine at 34 and a C18 fatty diacid on lysine 26; retatrutide is a 39-residue chain on a GIP-type backbone with Aib at 2 and 20, alpha-methyl-leucine at 13 and a C20 fatty diacid on lysine 17, ending in an amide. Both arrive as lyophilised powder in boxes of ten, both elute late on reverse phase, and on each certificate the identity line is the mass with the lipid attached.

Questions
Which is cheaper per mg, Retatrutide or Semaglutide?
Strength for strength, Semaglutide costs less per mg at the three strengths both sell by the single box: at 10mg $0.384 per mg against $0.530 (SM10, RT10), at 20mg $0.322 per mg against $0.467 (SM20, RT20), at 30mg $0.301 per mg against $0.447 (SM30, RT30). Counting special-order lines, sold in 50-box lots, the lowest figures are $0.283 per mg for Semaglutide (50mg, SM50) and $0.419 per mg for Retatrutide (100mg, RT100).
How do I tell Retatrutide and Semaglutide apart on a certificate?
By the mass line. Retatrutide’s calculated average mass is 4,731.4 g/mol and Semaglutide’s 4,113.6 g/mol, 617.8 apart; in electrospray expect m/z 1578.1 and 1183.9 (3+ and 4+) for Retatrutide against 1372.2 and 1029.4 (3+ and 4+) for Semaglutide. A measured mass within about one unit of one figure reads as that molecule; a gap of 16, 18 or 2 has a known cause, set out in how to read a peptide COA.
Can Retatrutide and Semaglutide go in one order?
Yes. Any lines can share an order, and the order minimum is counted across all of them: $100 on a first order, $300 on the second, $500 on the third and $1,000 from the fourth order on. Lines on the shelf ship in 1 to 2 business days; made-to-order lines follow in about two weeks, at no extra freight. Strengths marked special order in the table above are brought in on a 50-box minimum rather than held in stock.
Are Retatrutide and Semaglutide made to the same specification?
Yes: both are supplied to purity not less than 98.0 percent by RP-HPLC and net content within 5 percent of label, and each certificate reports those with a measured mass, read against the calculated figure on each sheet. The retest date is on the batch record. What differs is what each certificate has to look for, which is set by the molecule and described on each compound’s own page.
